The City of Portland, Bureau of Transportation is seeking proposals from individuals, firms, teams or consultants with demonstrated experience in Construction Management General Contractor services for the Sullivan?s Crossing project. The Bureau of Transportation identified funding for construction of a new bridge across I-84 and the Sullivan?s Gulch and has retained KPFF Inc. to design the project.
