Bulletin Desc: The City of Portland, Office of Management and Finance, Hearings Office is seeking proposals to provide professional Land Use Hearings Officer services on an as-needed basis. These as-needed services are referred to as "on-call services" and generally include work with short deadlines and scopes that may need to be developed quickly. The City anticipates multiple price agreements will be awarded to a maximum of five qualified proposers, for an amount not to exceed $10,000 for each year.
