COVID-19 Vaccine Requirement
effective April 1, 2022, the City of Portland removed its COVID-19 vaccination requirements for vendors, consultants, contractors, volunteers and grantees. See "Important Links" for more info.
New Clean Air Construction Requirements
Clean Air Construction requirements start 1/1/22. Equipment used on City construction projects will need to be registered & meet minimum emissions controls. To learn about the requirements, download a fleet inventory template, and see if you qualify for free fleet assessment visit portland.gov/cac
New Requirements for Concrete Mix Approvals
Beginning January 1, 2020, concrete mixes submitted for approval on City construction projects will be required to include a product-specific Type III Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) that is 3rd party verified. More information at: https://www.portlandoregon.gov/brfs/article/731696
